The Trinidad-based Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) Tuesday ruled that in Barbados, a man could be charged for raping another man, allowing an appeal by the police commissioner while sending back the case to the Magistrate's Court for it to proceed with the preliminary inquiry.
