By Tony O. Lawson GenNx360 Capital Partners has closed its fourth flagship private equity fund with $865 million in commitments, marking the largest fundraise in the firm’s 20-year history. The New York-based private equity firm announced the closing of GenNx360 Capital Partners IV on August 27. The fund exceeded its original $600 million target and attracted commitments from existing and new limited partners, including pension funds, asset managers, insurance companies, foundations and family offices. The $865 million close represents a significant increase from GenNx360’s previous flagship fund, which raised approximately $466 million. Fund IV has already invested approximately $285 million
